Szalonnas-paprikas sult csirkemell


A heti menubol ez az alkotas vitte el a primet, a Picim ezt a kajat tette az elso helyre.
Hozzavalok:
1 csirkemellfile
15 dkg rizs
4 gerezd fokhagyma
1 piros es 1 sarga kaliforniai paprika
15 dkg bacon
olivaolaj.
Kifozzuk a rizst. A bacont es a paprikat vagjuk egyforma vekony csikokra es kicsit piritsuk meg. Reszeljunk bele 2 gerezd fokhagymat.
A husit vagjuk vekony csikokra es fektessuk bele egy enyhen kiolajozott tepsibe.Minden szelet tetejere halmozzunk a szalonnas-paprikas keverekbol es elomelegitett sutoben 200 fokon 25 percig sussuk oket. Nem kell foliaval lefedni. 
Vegul egy serpenyoben picit piritsuk meg a masik 2 gerezd, vekony karikakra vagott fokhagymat es keverjuk ossze a fott rizzsel. Ez lesz a koret. Eleg remek kis vacsora :)
